How the PCMP works for employers
We have a conversation
We learn about your workforce, your current benefits situation, and what your employees need. No pitch — just a real conversation. It takes about 30 minutes.
We walk you through the program
We explain the PCMP and the twelve everyday core services your employees would have access to.
We show you the numbers
We run the numbers for your specific team size and payroll. You see what the payroll tax savings look like for your business. Consult your tax advisor to confirm.
You decide
No pressure. If it makes sense for your team, we move forward. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
Elevate EBS handles setup
You provide a simple employee census. Elevate EBS, the program administrator, handles plan documents, enrollment and compliance. We make sure your employees know what they have access to.
We stay in the room
We're your local point of contact. Questions, changes, renewals — we're here for the life of the program.
Everyday Health Access
How EHA works for employers
You make it available
You decide to offer EHA as an available benefit. There's no employer cost — employees pay $189/month themselves, after tax.
Employees opt in
Any employee who wants it can enroll. They choose it for themselves. No insurance required. They can cancel any time.
They start the following month
Enrollment is processed at month end, and access opens on the 1st of the following month — for them, their spouse, and their children.
